Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds, cancellations, spent costs, API costs, price fluctuations, additional client requests, liability, hosting/domain renewals, chargebacks and dispute handling.
1. No Refunds Once Service Has Started
Once a service engagement, project, implementation, or any billable work has commenced (i.e., our team has started work, time is logged, development or provisioning has begun), no refunds will be issued for the portion of services already started or performed. This is a strict policy: full refunds are not available once work has started.
2. Spent Costs & Development Hours (Non-Refundable)
All third-party costs, consumables, and development hours already spent by WPEliteHub on your behalf are non-refundable under any circumstances. "Spent costs" include but are not limited to:
- Developer hours and team labor logged against the project;
- Third-party purchases tied to your project (licenses, plugins, stock assets);
- One-time consumables or fixed costs expressly incurred for your project.
These spent costs will never be refunded.
3. API Costs
Any ongoing API costs (for example, third-party AI, mapping, or other service APIs) are billed separately and are not included in refunds. API costs are generally low and billed monthly; where WPEliteHub pays APIs on your behalf we will invoice those costs and they are non-refundable once incurred.
4. Price Fluctuations & Scope Changes
Product pricing, third-party fees, and provider costs may change. If price fluctuations occur between order and delivery, you may be invoiced the difference where those costs are outside our control and are required to deliver the agreed scope.
Additional client requests, new features, or scope changes requested after project kickoff will be treated as change requests and billed separately. You will be informed of additional costs and must approve them before work proceeds.
5. Additional Team Hours
If the project requires work beyond the original scope or agreed hours, we will notify you and provide an estimate of additional team hours. Additional hours are chargeable at the rates set out in the proposal or prevailing hourly rates.
6. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WPEliteHub’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to services, digital delivery, or products purchased from us is strictly limited to the total amount paid by you for the relevant order (excluding taxes and third-party API costs). This limitation applies even if remedies fail their essential purpose.
7. Hosting & Domain Renewals
Hosting and domain registration or renewal are billed separately and must be renewed yearly. Hosting and domain fees are not included after the first year unless you have an explicit ongoing hosting agreement. Failure to renew hosting or domain fees may result in service suspension or loss of content, and these fees are non-refundable where services were provided during the covered period.
8. Refunds for Services Already Spent
There are no refunds for services that have already been spent or delivered. This includes consumed developer hours, completed deliverables, purchased assets, and time-based services. If work has been completed and delivered, the associated fees are considered earned and non-refundable.
9. Client Satisfaction & Revisions
If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, we will use reasonable efforts to revise and correct deliverables in line with the agreed scope. Revision requests must fall within the original scope or be handled as change requests if outside that scope. Our goal is to achieve client satisfaction, but revisions do not imply entitlement to refund.
10. No Chargebacks Policy & Consequences
Chargebacks and payment disputes initiated with your payment provider without first contacting WPEliteHub are strictly prohibited. If you initiate a chargeback without prior written notice and attempt to recover funds directly through your bank or card issuer, we will treat that as a breach of these terms.
- Immediate suspension and termination of your account and access to deliverables;
- Removal of all files, accounts, and associated data from our systems;
- Recovery actions to dispute the chargeback and seek reimbursement for losses;
- Where applicable, reporting of fraudulent or abusive activity to payment processors and relevant authorities.

11. Cancellation & Termination
Cancellation terms vary by service type:
- Custom projects: cancellations are handled per the project agreement. Work completed up to cancellation is chargeable and non-refundable.
- SaaS or subscription services: cancellations must be made in accordance with the subscription terms. No refunds for periods already commenced.
- Instant/digital goods: cancellations are not applicable once downloads/access have been provided.
12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any disputes arising from this Refund Policy or related transactions will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. How to Request Support or Raise a Dispute
If you believe a refund or replacement is appropriate (for example, a demonstrably defective digital file that we cannot remedy), contact our support team with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting evidence. 14. Amendments to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect material changes. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
