Most digital products (themes, plugins, AI setups, digital platforms) are delivered instantly via secure download links or account access. Custom development projects are delivered as per agreed milestones through secure file sharing, dashboards, or hosting environments.

Our Refund Policy is strict:

  • No refunds once work has started or development hours have been spent.

  • API costs, hosting, domains, and third-party consumables are non-refundable.

  • If a deliverable has issues, we will attempt revisions and corrections before considering alternatives.

  • Chargebacks are not allowed — they lead to account termination and loss of all deliverables.

Hosting and domain services are billed separately and must be renewed yearly. They are not included in service packages after the first year unless explicitly agreed.
